Fashion during radiation treatment.
Soft – Easy – Comfortable – Feminine
Sensitive Skin – Burns – Daily Treatments – Exhaustion & Doctor Appointments
Shirt on, shirt off. Tender, pink skin. And loads of running around. For me radiation was Monday – Friday for six weeks and smack dab in the middle of my work day. My skin was pink, but not burnt. I was lucky. Many women, unfortunately, end up with a significant sunburn-like result so planning to dress the same way you do after laying out in the sun for too long is a good way to approach it. And once again, you can do it with style.
The biggest thing for me was soft easy on-and-off shirts. I always wore pants or skirts so getting undressed was only a top-shelf issue for my daily radiation treatment.
